1. Purpose of This License

Beatz4Streamz is a Royalty-free music library for content creators, streamers and casual listeners to stream download and enjoy our music without copyright strikes. The Beatz4streamz library is intended for personal use and "some" commercial use ie, videos, streaming, background music and casual listening. All music from the Beatz4Streamz library is prohibited for redistribution remakes or remixes.

This Music License & Copyright Terms of Use (“Agreement”) governs the use of music, beats, instrumentals, compositions, recordings, stems, loops, samples, vocals, and other audio content made available through the Beatz4Streamz website (“Music”).

By downloading, purchasing, accessing, or using any Music from Beatz4Streamz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not download, reproduce, distribute, modify, upload, commercially exploit, or otherwise use the Music.

 

2. Ownership and Copyright

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all copyrights and other intellectual-property rights in the Music remain with Beatz4Streamz and/or its respective licensors, producers, composers, artists, or other rights holders.

Downloading or receiving a copy of Music does not transfer ownership of the copyright, master recording, composition, or other intellectual-property rights to you.

No ownership interest in any Music is granted or transferred under this Agreement.

 

3. Limited License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Beatz4Streamz grants you only the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license expressly described on the applicable Music's license page or purchase terms.

Unless a separate written license expressly permits otherwise, the Music may be used only for the purposes specifically authorized by Beatz4Streamz.

Any use not expressly permitted by this Agreement is prohibited.

 

4. Some Commercial Use Prohibited

Some commercial use of the Music is strictly prohibited unless Beatz4Streamz has expressly granted written commercial-use rights for that specific Music.

Without limitation, you may not use the Music, in whole or in part, without permission and full credit going to Beatz4Streamz and/or the applicable copyright owner(s) :

• Commercial releases;

• Monetized music releases;

• Commercial advertisements or advertising campaigns;

• Brand promotions;

• Paid social-media campaigns;

• monetized media

• Video games or commercial software;

• Merchandise or products offered for sale;

• Paid performances where the Music is being commercially exploited;

• Music distributed through commercial music-distribution services;

• Any other activity intended to generate revenue or commercial advantage.

The absence of a prohibition on a particular form of commercial exploitation does not constitute permission. Commercial rights must be expressly granted in writing.

 

5. No Unauthorized Derivative Works

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not alter, remix, adapt, transform, or otherwise modify the Music to create a derivative musical work.

This prohibition includes, without limitation:

• Remixing;

• Re-editing;

• Rearranging;

• Chopping or substantially restructuring the Music;

• Adding vocals or other primary audio elements;

• Adding instruments or other substantial musical elements;

• Combining the Music with other material to create a new standalone song;

• Sampling the Music into another recording;

• Creating an instrumental, vocal, remix, or alternate version intended to function as a separate song;

• Creating a new master recording substantially based on the Music.

Minor technical adjustments that do not create a new musical work, such as ordinary volume normalization or playback-format conversion, do not by themselves constitute an unauthorized derivative work.

 

6. No Claim of Ownership of a New Master Recording

You may not claim ownership of a new master recording created from, incorporating, or substantially based upon Beatz4Streamz Music where such claim would conflict with Beatz4Streamz's or its licensors' rights.

In particular, you may not represent that you independently created and exclusively own a new master recording when the recording incorporates protected Music supplied by Beatz4Streamz without the required written authorization.

 

7. No Registration or Distribution as Your Own Original Master

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:

• Register a recording containing the Music with a distributor as your own original master recording;

• Upload such recording to a music distributor as though you exclusively own the master;

• Register or claim the recording with a content-identification or rights-management service as exclusively belonging to you;

• Register the recording with a copyright office or similar authority in a manner that falsely claims exclusive ownership of the underlying Beatz4Streamz Music;

• Submit the recording to a collection society or rights-management organization in a manner inconsistent with the rights granted under this Agreement;

• Issue takedown notices or copyright claims against third parties based upon rights that you do not own;

• Grant another person or company rights that exceed the rights granted to you under this Agreement.

You may not use Beatz4Streamz Music as the basis for creating and distributing a new song while representing the resulting recording to distributors, platforms, labels, publishers, collection societies, or the public as your uniquely owned master recording unless Beatz4Streamz has expressly authorized that use in writing.

 

8. No Sublicensing or Transfer

You may not sell, sublicense, assign, transfer, rent, lease, lend, distribute, or otherwise grant the Music or any rights in the Music to another person or entity.

You may not incorporate the Music into a product, service, sample pack, beat pack, sound library, template, or other downloadable or commercially distributable material.

 

9. No Redistribution

You may not redistribute, upload, mirror, share, resell, publish, or make the Music available for download by third parties, whether for payment or free of charge.

This includes uploading the original Music to:

• File-sharing services;

• Beat marketplaces;

• Sample libraries;

• Social-media libraries;

• Music-sharing websites;

• Cloud storage made publicly accessible;

• Download sites; or

• Any other platform where third parties can obtain the Music independently.

 

10. No Circumvention of License Restrictions

You may not attempt to circumvent, remove, disable, or bypass any technical, contractual, or other restriction imposed by Beatz4Streamz concerning access to or use of the Music.

Purchasing, downloading, or obtaining the Music from another person does not grant you broader rights than those provided by Beatz4Streamz.

 

11. Attribution

Where attribution is required by the applicable Music license, you must provide the attribution in the exact form specified by Beatz4Streamz.

Failure to provide required attribution constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

 

12. Third-Party Rights

Some Music may contain or be subject to rights belonging to third parties. You are responsible for complying with all applicable restrictions communicated by Beatz4Streamz concerning that Music.

Nothing in this Agreement grants rights that Beatz4Streamz itself does not have authority to grant.

 

13. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you breach any provision of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all unauthorized use of the Music and, where legally required, remove unauthorized copies from your devices, websites, services, platforms, and other locations under your control.

Termination does not prevent Beatz4Streamz or the applicable copyright owner from pursuing any other rights or remedies available under applicable law.

 

14. Copyright Infringement and Remedies

Unauthorized use of the Music may constitute copyright infringement, breach of contract, or both.

Beatz4Streamz and/or the applicable copyright owner reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law, including, where available:

• Injunctive relief;

• Damages;

• Recovery of profits;

• Costs and legal expenses where recoverable;

• Removal or disabling of unauthorized copies;

• Termination of access or licenses; and

• Other statutory or equitable remedies.

Nothing in this Agreement limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.

 

15. No Waiver

A failure by Beatz4Streamz to immediately enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of Beatz4Streamz's right to enforce it later.

 

16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with any specific license terms displayed for the applicable Music, constitutes the agreement governing your use of that Music.

If a specific written license expressly issued by Beatz4Streamz conflicts with these general terms, the specific written license controls only to the extent of the conflict.

 

17. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.

The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdictional protections applicable by law.

 

19. Acceptance

By downloading, purchasing, accessing, or using Music from Beatz4Streamz, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these terms and agree to comply with them.

UNLESS A SEPARATE WRITTEN LICENSE EXPRESSLY STATES OTHERWISE, BEATZ4STREAMZ MUSIC IS NOT LICENSED FOR COMMERCIAL USE, UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATION, REMIXING, CREATION OF DERIVATIVE SONGS, OR REGISTRATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF A NEW RECORDING AS YOUR OWN EXCLUSIVE MASTER RECORDING.
